Meet Glaux

 Athena — the Greek goddess of wisdom, courage, and strategy — was known as a strong, empowering figure who stood for (and went to war for) truth, justice, fair play, and doing what's right. She's the reason this program exists: our mission is to help every young athlete find her inner Athena — the confidence, resilience, and clear-headed strength to compete and to thrive.

Glaux (pronounced "glow") was Athena's owl — her constant companion, and in Greek mythology, the creature that gave her the ability to see through blind spots and know and speak the truth. The owl saw what others missed. It carried her wisdom into the world.

That's the role we play. The Glaux Program is the owl on the shoulder — the guide that helps a young athlete see past the pressure, the burnout, and the noise, to the truth of who she's becoming. 

Our guiding principle: "When the obstacle becomes the way." We help athletes adapt and overcome challenges when they're anchored to purpose — seeing clearly, like the owl, even when the way forward isn't obvious.
