As a former executive of a billion-dollar media company and a founder and owner of an executive advisory and leadership development company, Stacey has seen the effects that positive and negative youth sports experiences can have on adults in a professional setting.
After years of navigating youth sports programs with her two daughters, Stacey adapted her purpose-driven coaching model into the youth sports setting to support their development and experience. This served as the catalyst for the development of GLAUX.
As a team leader who successfully managed multiple sports radio stations and partnerships with the Golden State Warriors, San Francisco 49ers and Sacramento Kings, Stacey possesses the strategic vision and leadership skills that are crucial for developing impactful partnership models and programs. Stacey is also a keynote speaker and facilitator on various topics surrounding leadership, culture, women in business, and beyond.
With her personal experience as a youth player, coach, and parent, Stacey has a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities within youth sports- and how it can translate to life beyond it, especially in the professional setting.
Stacey's expertise in business ownership and operations, as well as communication, leadership, marketing and team dynamics ensure that the program effectively addresses the growing challenges that kids face in youth sports, while also supporting the sustainable growth of youth sports programs through retention and reputation.
